I often used to get the boxed couscous that comes with spices but started just using this plain type and adding my own seasoning. For me it's better because I can make a larger batch and customize the flavors. This couscous is extremely forgiving when it comes to cooking. You can add about 1 cup dry couscous to 1 cup liquid and it comes out perfectly every time using water or broth. I usually add a little bit more liquid than 1:1 and some olive oil or butter. Once the liquid is boiling, add couscous, cover and it's done in 5 minutes. For anyone who likes the convenience of instant noodles and the like, consider adding couscous to your repertoire and throw in some vegetables. If you like this size couscous, then look no further, highly recommended.
