This is 99mg of potassium from 550mg of potassium gluconate. So the pill is a bit larger than something derived from potassium chloride for example. But it's still just 99mg of potassium. Great deal. Five stars.

I take 1 tablet a day and I can def tell a difference when I’m consistent, esp with muscle tightness and just feeling more normal overall.
