They have a stem mount but it is not available on Amazon. You can order that from their website, it costs the same

Will this work on a Royal Enfield Scram 411?

Hi, you can rotate it through the mounting arm. The mounting arm has 180-degrees of rotation for optimal phone placement and viewing angle.
