Not as pictured.
I did not get what is shown in the photo on the web page and what I did receive was very poor quality.

Item is not the same as the one pictured
It is close, same rubber strap, same number of holes, but it came with standard round washers (galvanized?) instead of the pictured rectangular parts The biggest problem for me however is on the clip side, the one I received is nearly flat, with barely a lip on it...I bought this items SPECIFICALLY because the pictured item has the deep C shaped mount that I needed so it wont slip off I will be seeking a refund...Items should not be sold under a listing if they aren't the same item
