We provide 2 years full warranty for the parts and labor. After 2 years until 5 years, we provide the free parts, but will charge the labor cost. We have the contracted 3rd party repair center, who has about 20 different locations in nation-wide. Depend on the customer's location, we arrange the different repair centers. What is the difference between this model and the Hopeful model for $3620?

The first thing for the difference between Hopefull Bed (Item No : HCMM-5) and Point A Bed (Item No : PAM-5) is the different manufacturer. Hopefull bed is made by Hopefull Medical Equipment and Point A bed is made by Ningbo HeCai Medical Equipment in China. Ningbo HeCai is manufacturer for several Hill-Rom beds as the OEM manufacturer. Both manufacturers are in top 5 hospital bed manufacturer in China. Basic function (5 functions) and the warranty terms are the same for both beds. Point A bed (PAM-5) has "Soft connection at back and knee sections", which does not have in Hopefull bed. And Point A Bed has the wooden package to protect the shipping damages. Thks. Greg.
