Would this German shepherd be good for a vet to do a cpr and Heimlich demonstration along with how to listen to the heart and lungs with a stethoscop?

I'm no doctor, but I think it would be fine for demonstration purposes.

Is it all stuffed or does it have hard pieces in it

It is mostly stuffed but does have some harder pieces in the feet and head. It does not change position at all, but it is great! Kids can definitely hug/snuggle it. And it is huge/lifelike as pictured.
