We ordered 3 of these and as you can see by the pictures one of them arrived damaged from the factory. Who runs it over with what looks like a wheelbarrow width wheel and breaks it and leaves another divider with a big footprint then boxes it up for sale?!? How this even got boxed and sold is a mystery. The other box had some minor issues in that a couple of the shelf dividers lacked the drilled holes necessary to attach it with screws to the frame. Luckily my husband has a drill so he could do it himself. Not thrilled with the purchase but because my husband made it work we’re keeping it but I don’t think I’d buy from this company again. A bit overpriced for the quality too

Unfortunately this item was left by the driver in the pouring rain for approximately six hours and when we attempted to remove it from the box it literally fell apart in crumbles! We had planned for my daughter to use in her dorm room but there was no repairing this item. My husband literally threw it in the dumpster. I contacted Amazon just to let them know that this item as well as a few others have been left out in the rain and we were unable to use them for my daughter’s dorm room. I was very upset however the customer service representative was very nice and understanding and she actually refunded my account for this item as well as the others that were damaged even though I was unable to return them. I have been an Amazon customer for almost 20 years and will continue to be! I will say that this item is intended for storage and I was a bit surprised at how it literally crumbled into pieces when it got wet. Not sure how long it would last as it was obviously made of a cheap particleboard.

After waiting many weeks I finally recieved the shelving for my son's room, I was looking forward to neatly displaying and arranging their toys in this nice and neat space, to my surprise though I had recieved a torn and tattered box that only had the boards inside needed to put it together, there was no screws, bolts, washers, or anchors, no neatly packaged accessories to help me assemble this rustic box organizer..alas I'm left to ponder lifes great mysteries while my children's room is left in chaos and dissaray because some piece of wet cheese could not properly pack a box. To those who plan to purchase, be wary, for you may end up like I, sad, angry, uncouth, only left with some flimsy boards to look at and practice my karate chopping skills on.

Best purchase I’ve made. These were so easy to put together, they are sturdy and are multifunctional as you can see. I just ordered more for my other closet

So beautiful. The color is spectacular, the size is super comfortable and perfect for our space. Easy to assemble. I give it 4/5 because the pieces came incomplete, the stickers that come to cover the screws and another piece were missing, in addition to that some parts of the design were not well "finished" as you can see in the photos, which we solved by putting it to the floor so it wouldn't show as much. But otherwise we loved it. Recommended!

Attractive cube storage that I bought for my teenage daughter. Warning, the box is extremely heavy, needs two people most likely, but the joys of physics mean that once it's assembled the weight is distributed differently and its not difficult to push it around yourself. (Still needed two to carry it up stairs, but then I could easily push it around myself to try different spots in the room).A good value, definitely looks like you spent $100+. I'd say that the quality is on par with IKEA, which I consider to be 5 stars for this type of flat pack furniture.

Maybe it was obvious to everyone else, but I thought the "natural" would mean actual wood grain. This is just cheap board with wood grain printed on it. And it's not even unique, all of them match exactly (I bought 3 of the 4x4's). I was really disappointed by this, but I guess it did say "engineered wood" in the description.I have a raw-wood cabin style house and I thought these would look nice in my son's bedroom but they definitely do NOT fit the look of my house! They are pretty obviously "fake" compared to everything else, and they really stand out not in a good way.If that doesn't bother you, then these shelves are fine! My son loves them and they hold his toys great. I have fabric cubby boxes that we put in them and it works very well.The shelves don't seem cheap or anything. Nothing came broken and it all assembled well. They seem very sturdy and nice. I was just disappointed by the look.

they give you the exact amount of very soft plastic junky cheapo pegs to hold the shelves together, Are you kidding me, the whole thing tipped and tilted and collapsed and every one of these plastic pegs is bend or broken, how do you assemble it after your cheapo plastic pegs break and twist in half? Why are you not giving sturdy materials to put this together. And I forgot to add, the screws are ALUMINUM, that is why they strip so easily. I went to every home improvement store in my area to find more of the pegs but steal, to finish assembly of my cube organizer, but there is nothing that they can find to use instead of the junk you provide. I am so upset. I bought two of these to stack them, but they are so flimsy it would probably fall on me and hurt me. These are a danger and a hazard. Give people better quality pegs or charge HALF the price. Or at least post with this contraption where to buy replacement pegs. Not the soft plastic ones. I want to feel safe when I put this together and when the baby girl touches it I don't want this collapsing on her.UPDATE: I found the longer pegs in the closet organizing section in menards they are metal gold color and a set of 12, and the shorter ones in the hardware section they are single little pins in the bins with small drawers, they are 3/16 by 1 and a 1/2 these worked. Take the plastic pegs with you, so you can compare the sizes. It helps.
