Hilma Gas and Bloating Relief, 50 Vegan Capsules

I purchased these hoping they would help with my bloating, but I honestly wasn’t expecting much because I’ve tried so many products over the years. To my surprise, these have made a huge difference for me. I’m currently on my second bottle and will continue repurchasing. Since taking these, my bloating has improved significantly. I used to feel uncomfortable and puffy after meals, but now I can eat and not feel like my stomach immediately expands. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is how much flatter my tummy stays throughout the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and have fit seamlessly into my routine. They have peppermint taste. I appreciate that they work without causing any discomfort, and the results have been consistent enough that I noticed when I ran out. Everyone’s experience will be different, but these have been a staple in my routine ever since I tried them. I’m very happy with the results and will continue purchasing them.

These work so well! My body does not handle salt well or carbonation so I bloat quickly and a lot. I have tried a lot of bloating pills and a lot of them either didn’t work or had me burping like crazy lol. These work well and don’t leave an aftertaste. I’m on my 5th bottle and I’m very pleased.

I was originally buying the Hilma juices and shots from Pressed Juicery. But this is so much easier! No need to add those extra calories from the juice you can just take the effective supplement. It has a great after taste too! And it certainly helps with uncomfy gas and bloating. I always have this on hand!

These are amazing!! I was recommended them by a family member and immediately bought. I did notice a difference and felt less bloated almost immediately! Would definitely recommend!

They didn’t work for me. I took 2 at a time. Bloating went down some but it didn’t take away the other issues…took 2 days in a row and it wasn’t enough to fix the issue. Maybe I should’ve taken more? I did like how easy they went down and I liked the flavor in my mouth after I took them. Just wish they worked.

For sure has helped taking after a meal that causes me bloating and/or discomfort. Pleasant taste to the capsule, too.

I have had digestive issues since birth. This is a great product. I have a much happier digestive system now.

I have a severe case of acid reflux and have had extreme gas and bloating issues for years. I can honestly say that these are a lot more effective than most other supplements I have tried. I was skeptical at first, because I have tons and tons of products, and most of them just have the opposite effect on me- they make the symptoms worse. Many of them cause even more bloating or end up giving me heartburn. On the flip side of that, some supplements I have tried help marginally but don’t eliminate the symptoms. This one pretty much eliminates them PLUS doesn’t cause me other issues. The only advice I have for anyone who wants to try them is to not take them in abundance- just whenever symptoms start acting up- usually about once a day for me. Every twelve hours seems to be good or possibly a little longer. The instructions on the bottle say that you can take up to six a day, but I have learned not to take anything in surplus, since OVERDOING IT seems to throw things off also. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing to take all six but it seems like at two, I’ve pretty much maxed out the benefits. I obviously can’t eat whatever I want with a case as extreme as mine, but using these supplements- as needed- in combo with my regular meds and a strict diet have really helped get things under control for me. They’ve helped me so much that I’m actually much more comfortable throughout the work day than I was, and I have been able to pretty much eliminate flare ups. I don’t know much about this company, but I have a feeling they might have a daily supplement or something that might help to improve my overall digestion. Coming from someone with SEVERE gas and bloating issues - who almost doesn’t respond to anything- this worked for me. I’m really, really impressed with this one. I’ll definitely be researching other supplements by this company to see what else by them I can add to my regimen. Oh and last but not least- this isn’t really important but they have a delicious taste! Kind of tastes like black licorice. Very soothing.
