Q: Will this keep jewelry tarnish free?

I don't think there is a jewelry box that will prevent 100% of tarnish but I have some silver cuff bracelets in my box and it seems to have slowed the tarnish from happening quickly. So, while it won't prevent it, it does slow it.

Q: How did you guys gift this? Did you take it out of the box or did you wrap the box with wrapping paper?

I purchased this for myself. However, if you are gifting it I would leave it in the box and wrap it. It is pretty tight fitting in the box and I think it would be easier to gift it that way.

Q: Does it come in a box or is it shipped bare with styrofoam and bubble wrap?

This jewelry box is package extremely well. First, packing material surrounds the jewelry box, then a type of sturdy styrofoam to protect corners then placed in a plastic bag and a sturdy cardboard box. I give it a thumbs up.
