It came with a card that had the directions. It was easy to use. I think I used it right. It was to easy. I dont have another tester to verify it. So I dont know.

I tested it against the CBD available at the local gas station, and it was right on in accuracy. I can see many practical applications for this testing device, especially as more people are able to purchase medicinal and rec use THC products. Potency matters!

It worked for a few months with decent results for flower but butter and oil isn't worth messing with and gives wild ranging values. After a few months the app crashed and hasn't worked since, deleted and reinstalled - updated etc. Now it's worthless junk.

It only tests oil and butters, anything water based , that has water or even infused raw honey it won’t work on, bought this for a start up company and it doesn’t fit my needs whatsoever, also the scale of constantly off by atleast .2

To be able to measure and have an accurate measurement as far as dosing is priceless.

Only thing first order got lost,but after that another one was sent out quickly,awesome product once we received it.

This product is trash. I tested 2 types of flower and both types came back with inaccurate results. I’m just glad I bought it through Amazon because I get to return it easily.

Plastic tray broke, working on response from seller for replacement partUpdate issue still not resolved will never order from this company again. Total waste of $400. Poor customer service.Update 7/19/2023 after spending $40 to ship item back to seller they stated I returned the small plastic tray “destroyed and damaged” and that no refund will be issued. Paying over $400 should give more than one time use. If that plastic tray breaks the whole thing is useless and they will blame u for destroying it. And then try to charge u $100+ to “recalibrate and send new plastic tray”. And they do not reimburse for shipping which I paid $40. They need to do better. Never again.
