I love this Workout Outfit set. I was a little skeptical with the sizing because I've had a lot of bad experiences when it comes to purchasing clothes online. Being 150 and 6' 0 the Medium Size was perfect for me. If you're anymore heavier I recommend definitely getting a size Large or Extra Large . The compression pants and shirt were tight by due to flexible material it molded to my body perfectly without feeling like I was constricted. The Hoodie has 3M on the front which helps with visibility (Which I was surprised seeing). There are no pockets in the zip up hoodie but that isn't a huge problem since Hoodies are a bad place to keep belongings. The shorts are very loose and breathable as well. I can't wait to hit the gym every time i put this gym outfit on. It just looks so good all together and add in a cross necklace and it's a outfit that I can wear even after I get out the gym for shopping or doing little errands.

Order two sizes larger than you normally wear! Other than the sizing problem, these are well made clothes, using the same fabrics that all the major athletic companies are using currently. This entire package is roughly the cost of a single piece or less than the over hyped major clothing companies. I have not had any shrinking issues that some people have reported in the past either. No need to pay for the super high markup products again in the future!

Me gustó mucho, es cómodo. Lo único que no me gusta es que la pantaloneta no tiene cordones para apretarla en la cintura, aunque no es tan grave el problema porque me queda casi ajustado así que no es que se me caiga pero siempre se agradece la seguridad extra de apretarla con los cordones jajaja

The shirt and pants were pretty much just loose spandex. Not much 'compression' happening. I was careful to order the appropriate size. The material just isn't very thick or strong. The ad copy shows several different configurations and styles so it can be possible to misunderstand what you 'think' you are getting with reality but in this case, '5 Pieces' is quite clear but I only received 4. Received in the package were: pants, short-sleeve shirt, hoodie jacket and shorts. Looked pretty nice but if you are shopping for genuine compression, I don't think these are going to deliver on your expectations.

Got a large because I didn't want it to tight, I'm 5'9 175, great fit, washed well, you get 5 pieces for 35 dollars!!!!! Freaking score! So I've wore it 5 times now washed twice or three times, still awesome! So I bought two more like suits, great for working out and my bike rides. Ty ty ty

It’s always a tough one trying to get the right size for anything compression . I’d probably go one size bigger ... or maybe even two of your tall or have long arms or legs ... Waist size is on point .. length could use some work . I got the xxl only because I’m tall .. they work , I’m not one to complain ... I really like how the items came. Organized in different plastics folded and neat

The quality of this clothing is excellent! It’s quality likens even to Lululemon and other high-end athletic and athleisure wear. I would recommend this for anyone look for a great workout clothing option.The sizes seem to run a bit small, but for sake of compression, this may be intentional.

I ordered it two sizes larger than I normally would and it fit fine. Good value for so many different pieces. Very versatile for varying weather conditions.

I'm not the smallest guy apart from height. The trousers are a little long but with only a 28" inside leg nothing ever fits me in length anyway, I'm a 34inch waist 5ft 7 in height, the overall fit is snug but not tight I feel it looks really good and it feels good. Cant wait to try it out on a run, if anything changes I will update my review but the quality seems good.

On the whole, the shorts and leggings fit well(3xl) but the t shirts and over jacket are rather more snug than I like. The material is what I require. Some hectic gym work will highlight any weaknesses, ref any longevity.

I can't fault this. I bought it for my son as part of his Christmas gifts. It fits a treat, he's slim build 6ft 1 and I purchased large.He said it's great for training, he's made up with it. It's well made, washes well and dries quick on the radiator.I would definitely buy again and would recommend this product.

Great value for money. Fits nicely. Material is very thin, but as you expect its mostly polyester. Great for gym and outdoor exercises. You will spend a lot more if you buy individual. One thing to consider is that shorts don't have any drawstrings. So might hang a bit if you put keys,mobile in your pockets.

A good fit, washed well and great to wear on a long wide and great value at less than a fiver per item. Really cannot fault anything.
