***Just to send some encouragement, I posted this originally when I was barely testing positive for pregnant, but holding my breath in that vulnerable early detection window.. Turns out.. It wasn’t a chem, no early miscarriage, I’m currently in my second trimester. Monitor your body, just tune in with all of Proov’s resources. It seems too easy, especially if you’ve been on the fertility roller coaster. Just listen to yourself, you will tell yourself exactly what to do and when, with the help of Proov’s products. They’re the messenger, it’s up to you what to do, it’s valuable information. Baby dust to all ❤️*** So, we’ve actually been trying for about two years - have used all sorts of products and teas and combinations of dietary modifications which ended in disappointment, chem preg, early miscarriages- it’s been awful emotionally as well as taken a toll on my body. Somehow the combination of Proov’s LH strips for the ovulation spike, PDG strips to confirm ovulation, then using the Pro supplements and Balancing oil for the last two weeks of the cycle WORKED. This company is run by women, was created by a woman with fertility issues (I did my research before investing in this group of products - they seem expensive but they realistically aren’t if you consider the cost of months of things you’ve already tried or the immeasurable cost of the range of emotions, or your time scouring the internet for solutions - let’s admit, the internet can be terrifying with fertility “rabbit holes” so to speak) it’s “PROOV-EN” itself to be priceless. I am an every day person - a woman and mother who has struggled with frustrating fertility issues for two years, and believe that every woman should have this information, and every woman should not have to suffer endless disappointment with what superpower our bodies can do: grow a healthy, happy baby. I am your neighbor, your friend, the woman you walk past in the grocery store, the woman in the car next to you at the stoplight. I must say this actually good pain relief is good an the taste is not bad

Okay so I am writing a review and will update as needed. Let’s first start off saying I don’t think I have ever actually done a review 😂 I am going on three years of ttc since my last miscarriage. Specialists, letrozole sooo many things trying to get my body where it needs to me. I started Proov Pro 2dpo. I have never had my pdg rise so significantly an so soon! This tells me my body is doing exactly what it needs!! The only thing I changed this cycle is adding this supplement! Now every woman’s body is different but my mindset I was like screw it what do I have to lose and I am so happy I gave it a go this cycle!’

I have pmos & endo, I suffer from an aggressively emotional luteal phase due to my progesterone being low. Started taking this because of my PMDD, hoping to help my moods stabilize during my luteal. I have noticed a difference in my anxiety and mood swings after two days of taking. I’m not overthinking and connecting imaginary dots, not crying and starting arguments etc. so far, this is definitely the right supplement for me. I would also like to note, I’m not trying to conceive, just trying to balance my hormones naturally for my moods.

My husband and I began our TTC journey in October 2024, I had my IUD removed in September 2024 and took that month to figure out where my cycle might be at and when to anticipate ovulation. I use a specific tracking app to keep track of my cycle and what goes on and I had noticed on the calendar in the app that it said by a specific date I should test for PDG but I didn't know what that was and I only had tests for LH and HCG. So I did some research and came across Proov Confirm. The first cycle I used them my 7DPP test was 5.0 but 8/9/10DPP tests were all 7.0 so I was confident I ovulated. My next cycle all tests were 7.0 and I ended up having a chemical pregnancy so I thought that maybe I was experiencing low progesterone and looked into Proov Pro. The directions on the container states to take 1-2 supplements per day beginning the day after ovulation for the next 15 days or when your period starts and I thought that maybe I only needed a little bit of help since 5.0 is the equivalent of the minimum for blood to be considered positive and I was scoring 7.0. I had taken the immediate next cycle after my chemical off just to make sure I was physically okay which is why one cycle looks a little long, but the next cycle (the one previous to the one I'm currently in) I began taking one Proov Pro supplement. Once it was time to test all 4 came back as 7.0 which I thought maybe wasn't quite enough after all so I decided my next cycle I would try two supplements. The next cycle (the current one I'm in) I began taking two Proov Pro supplements, then came the time to test again......... well what do you know, all 4 came back as 7.0!!!!! This is supposed to be a natural supplement to help raise your progesterone to assist ladies in trying to get pregnant that might be experiencing low progesterone. This costs $30 a container and it contains 30 supplements, that's $1 per supplement, so I believe I should've had higher readings for sure when I was taking two supplements. I would not recommend this to anyone, it'll be better to seek testing with a fertility specialist or OBGYN to see if you're experiencing low progesterone and receive proper progesterone assistance.

I tried Proov Pro to support hormone balance and fertility, and while I noticed some minor improvements, it unfortunately upset my stomach. The supplement itself seems well-formulated, and I like that it focuses on progesterone support, but the digestive discomfort was a dealbreaker for me. I’m giving it 3 stars because it may work well for others, but it didn’t agree with me personally. If you have a sensitive stomach, proceed with caution.
