Most effective moth prevention I've found!
I've used these sachets for many years, and have found them to be virtually 100% effective in preventing moth damage to the huge amount of woolen clothing I store over the summer. Of course, I don't love the expense, but, compared to what it would cost to replace moth-damaged clothing, it seems worth it. In my experience, these sachets are way more effective than cedar, and, most importantly, are less of a health risk than the old-fashioned mothballs I used way back in the bad old days. I also find the natural herbal scent pleasant and refreshing. I double-bag almost all the clothing I'm storing, in large, unused plastic garbage bags closed tightly with twist-ties, and I use a generous number of sachets in each bag. This always seems to work. I also have one zippered bag in my closet, for certain items that have to be stored on hangers; I toss a large number of sachets into that as well, and I try to keep the closet door closed as much as possible; so far, so good..... NOT happy about the plastic bags, but after unpacking my clothing in the late fall, I always re-use these bags for garbage. (Regrettably, in our city, garbage must be placed in plastic bags in order to be eligible for curbside pick-up.) I do try to be extra-conscientious environmentally in all other ways to make up for it, including avoiding any additional plastic bags by taking re-usable tote bags when shopping, etc.......

Pleasant scent and effective mith replellent...what more do you want?
I've used these for a few years, primarily when storing away seasonal clothing. Pop a few into zippered bags with linens; put one in each pocket of winter coats and sweaters. I like the herbal scent, which is a far cry from the traditional moth ball odor. That also means it isn't necessary to air out the items before using them because they smell fine. I even tuck a few under the corners of my wool area rugs to discourage any moths that may get the idea the rugs are a buffet.

Works every year
Why did you pick this product vs others?: These sachets work well to prevent moths from getting to my sweaters. I put several in the storage container and every winter my sweater are hole-free. Have used this product for several years now and although they are pricey, they work. Scent: Lavender

Love these moth repellent sachets
To be honest, I’ve never done a controlled experiment. I’ve never put away some clothes with the repellant sachets, and some without. But I can say, I haven’t had any holes in any clothes since I started using them. The absolute best part is they smell great and you can put then right against the clothes. I was worried at first, that they might leave a mark. But have not seen any marks so far. This is the second season I’ve used Richard’s moth away.

Easy to use. Smell seems to be OK to me.
Looks ok and easy to put in with clothes or in a closet. Smell is not particularly nice but OK. Kind of grass-slight mint. Packaged well --small bags easy to use.

Effective Alternative to Moth Balls
So glad to find this product on Amazon. We had pantry moths that snuck in in a bag of Basmati rice and it took almost 2 years to fully get rid of them! We used sticky moth traps (they fold into a triangle with the sticky inside, and have a pheromone bait square which draws the moths) to catch active moths and Moth Away to repel new moths. We no longer need the sticky traps, and the tea-bag-like sachets are easily taped to the ceiling/walls/under shelves of our pantry space. We've been moth-free for 3 years now. We just moved into a new home (but it's 200 years old), and I just ordered a box of Moth Away, 72 count, to place in all the closets, pantry area, and attic. I big improvement over the moth ball smell that used to be here - and it WORKS! Highly recommended!
