Dropped it once and it hasn't worked since.

Product arrived in a thick, protective plastic envelope (see attached pictures). Contents include the watch, instructions pamphlet, and a tool to help remove/add segments so you can adjust the watch to your wrist size. The watch itself is semi-shrink wrapped to protect it from scratches/damages during shipment. Keep in mind though, the watch is very lightweight, so it is not made of a heavy duty metal other than just a basic stainless steel material. Per the description, it is slightly water resistant, so it is best to use it in minor exposure, not intentionally submerging it in water for long periods of time. The watch currently works just fine when it arrived so the battery is still going strong. However, when the battery is starting to die, the second hand will move at TWO second intervals quickly to indicate that it needs to be changed soon (discovered this trick with my Seiko watch). Looks like in order to replace the battery, you just need to carefully pry the back cover off rather than using a special watch prong-tool to rotate the cover off. For me though, this watch is good to have for starter watch goers, but if you fancy the much more expensive, luxurious watches, look elsewhere. This watch does its job just fine and works perfectly for everyday use while still looking fashionable.

This watch was brought as a gift for a friend and he loved it. It has weight to it and class. I recommend it.
