FIND IT INCREDIBLE THAT A SO CALLED CARE COMPANY CAN PACK AND SEND ACROSS THE ATLANTIC AN ITEM TO ASSIST A WHEELCHAIR USER IN A TOTALLY USELESS BADLY MANUFACTURED STATE. THE LEFT SIDE WING COMPLETELY BROKEN INSIDE A PERFECTLY SOUND UNDAMAGED BOX. AFTER HAVING TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY FOR URGENT USE IN A CARE HOME THIS ITEM ONLY SUCCEEDED IN CAUSING A GREAT DEAL OF UPSET AND ADDITIONAL WORK TO SEND IT BACK AGAIN.

The side wings came but the armrest pads did not come in the package. VERY disappointed.
My daughter's geri chair has hard metal armrests. I saw these arm rest pads and wings and immediately ordered them. The package came quick enough bit the armrest pads were not in the package. Very annoyed & disappointed. Must return 😞
