For the surprisingly low price, these cables look pretty good and function perfectly for me. I did not find a sonic difference between my previous 16-gauge bare-wire terminated speaker cables and these 14-gauge cables with banana-plug connections, but the convenience of making reliable connections and simplifying the cable runs made this accessory a welcome improvement.My only quibble was with the packaging method. Due to the tight bend in the center and use of wire-style cable wraps to hold everything in place, the resulting permanent bend in the middle of the cords plus small indents in the outer jackets begged for a better methodology. Not considered a reason to return, just a minor detraction from an otherwise perfect product.

It's a great versatile cable. It's a perfect fit, and I love the soft cable; it's very easy to move around. The cable thickness is ideal for my amp and speakers. I can hear the difference after switching to regular bare-wire connections.

Just what I needed and a perfect connection

Two issues came up in the not so great reviews that are wrong.It was said that the sharp bent from the way the center is when packaged will result in broken strands. It could but likelihood is just about zero. The 14g wire would have to break so many strands to make a shred of difference and it would need to be repeatedly tortured by continually bending the cable unnaturally. No one does that.The end of these cables has a spin-able banana leaf and it was said that doesn't allow a good connection. It's not that that the plug uses. It's the tip and that is solid and well crimped. I had no problem with wire sticking out of the insulator. As for the reviewer that said one speaker cable was bad. I know 99% sure what happened. They pushed it into a post speaker/or receiver that has a duel connection. On that you screw the post in to secure the stranded wires fed through a small hole on them. If you use a banana plug, you need to screw that post in completely or the tip won't touch where it needs to. And you won't get sound on any one you fail to do that. Mine runs flawless. I'm very happy with these. I'm still not a huge fan of the spinning leafs for the reason of the tip only making the secure contact, but the leaves do fit snug inside and prohibit the pin contact from becoming loose. So kudos
