How do I set it to keep on one color without flashing?

Thanks for your question. Telbum strobe light can be keep a color without flashing. After turning on the power, adjust the switch on the back of the machine from "Off" to "Auto", and then select the color you like through the remote control, you can keep a color without flashing.

Hello! Thanks for the question. We use a standard American two-pin plug, every Telbum strobe light is plug and play. Telbum strobe light does not have DMX, it cannot be used together with DMX connection.
