I read a review that said this charger can only output 160 watts if your vehicle has a 24 volt electrical system. Is that true?

Hi, thanks for your inquiry. Yes, when your vehicle has a 24 volt electrical system, 160W output can be achieved. Type-C1(100W Max) + Type-C2(30W Max) + USB(30W Max)=160W. The Type-C1 Port is a buck-boost type, and the output voltage is 5V-20V, so when the output voltage of the car is 12V, and it also supports 100W (Max) output at 12V. But output 100W power based on QC5 protocol, need to be used with Type-C to Type-C 100W fast charging cable. A 100W Type-C to Type-C charging cable is included in our product package.
