Typically wear a medium or large t shirt, depending on the brand. Asian sizing, similar to european sizing runs a bit small. I ordered a xl size, (lesson learned from previous garments), the fit being loose. Estimate a 1/2 a size larger then a large. Perfect for me.

Awesome martial arts vest!
Great fit! I'm 5'8" and weigh 170lbs with a slight waist bulge and got a size Large and it fits perfect! Soft and strong material! Using the buttons was a little tricky but I got it! It comes folded in a plastic package and wrinkled with lines so you're going to have to Iron it! I give it 5 stars!! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
