Within 30 days, this has lost its firmness. It has become so soft that it is unable to provide any cushion and support. It is like seating on water or air mattress. The return window is only 15 days, so not returnable. I wouldn't recommend buying this.

It's called memory foam for a reason, you see on the pic it has taken the shape to suit me best, I lean more on the right side which I never knew before this pillow and over time it's becoming more comfortable. 2. It has a cut on the backside which is meant to prevent tailbone pain issue, you can google for more on that topic, however, the cut helps in one more way you see you don't have to move even a bit to pass gas ;) 3. doesn't slip on the chair not even on the plastic chair and on my gaming chair no matter at which steep angle is sat one it never moves even an inch (Update after 2 years it's not as anti-slip as it used to be) 4. Have enough dimensions, the thickness is 3 inches it's wide enough for larger butts and fits on a standard chair. See pits. 5.I've bought a gaining chair worth 13000 which meant for 10+ hours of sitting, but when I sat on the pillow the chair cushion feels like a rock, it's that comfy. 6. Only if you consider 1100 rupee too much for a cushion, but there are more expensive alternatives too, which is frankly too much for me, so if 1100 rupee is too much for you then it's the only minus point. which is no way related to the actual product's performance. TIP- If anything of the pillow feels uncomfortable just give it some time, it'll adjust to your shape, give it a week and if still, the problem persists you can either mail them or return the item to Amazon, no problems :) and start sitting on a healthy posture because if you won't the pillow will take shape of your unhealthy posture. 2. I'ts zip is on the outside and has torn my chair where it made contact regularly, I would recommend covering the chain with some cello tape chain so it doesn't get tangled with chairs and tear them.
