Simply does the job well, that's about all there is to it. Universal for so no issues there. Strap on the hose, it's super simple.

I have an older home that does not vent outside. It vents into the garage. Previous owner did nothing to prevent the snowstorm of lint in the garage from drying clothes. I cleaned everything up and installed this product. Absolutely the best thing I’ve done so far at the new home. Works great and prevents everything in the garage being coated with dryer lint. I crack the garage door when running the dryer to prevent the humidity and heat build up. Other than that, it’s works flawlessly. The materials used are cheap and flimsy. But the product works

Was difficult to attach to my dryer but finally got it on works great does what’s it needs too Do not put the metal tube against your walls leave a little gap because when it rubs against your walls it leave marks on the walls

love this it works so great my apartments vent wasn’t working so i bought this till they could come fit it. it gets the job done

Waste of my time and money. No matter how hard I try, I cannot get the metal springs to tighten around the exhaust duct. The aluminum hose is too wide and flys off each time I tighten the screws. I spent $30 just to have to purchase a new one somewhere else. Please do not waste your time.

This thing is okay for the occasional dry. The issue I faced was the humidity it caused, I mean my whole living room was hot and wet, and it actually set off my fire alarms. It works well in trapping lint and is definitely easy to set up though. For what it does, it’s okay, just be prepared to let a window down.

We added a larger deck to our house and needed to re-route the Dryer vent and outlet last fall. Winter set in so we used this vent kit as an inexpensive and quick fix. Did the job - although it did add a little heat and moisture to the laundry room (which didn't hurt much during the winter months).

I’ve been using this for a while now and it definitely does its job. Before installing it, my laundry area would get full of lint and dust every time I used the dryer, but now it’s much cleaner and more manageable. Installation was very easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. It works exactly as expected and helps keep everything under control. The only small downside is that you need to clean it regularly to keep it working properly, but that’s normal for this type of product. Overall, I’m satisfied with it and would recommend it. Très utile au quotidien.

Works great , remember only use on an electric dyer never a gas dryer.

Love the product AND the price. For years I hated that I pump out the warm humid air from my dryer outside in winter while paying out the nose to heat and humidify my house during Canadian winter, and mostly year round. I even just rerouted my dryer hose into my house and tolerated the resulting dust. I imagined what I could use as a filter… I had no idea this existed until I started googling! I guess it’s intended for apartments where you can’t vent outside but I love venting my dryer in instead of out. On days when it’s chillier or dry either from the weather or from my furnace running around the clock, this is a godsend. Plus I love the smell of clean laundry so it’s a win/win/win. Downside was that the hose was actually a tiny bit smaller and as a result it didn’t quite fit into my dryer or the filter bucket itself! So I took off a star but I bought another hose for like $5 off Amazon and it works perfectly. But I actually just remembered that fact as it was such a minor delay and an easy fix. It uses water inside and it catches 99% of the dog hair coming off my clothes etc, the rest gets trapped in the filters on the vents but it’s so little I haven’t had to clean those yet and I’ve been using this for months now. I just sit it on my dryer. Was thinking that in hot summer I’ll hook it back up to the vent but other than our occasional spells of warmer nights it still cools off at least once a week enough that I just time my laundry in early morning and still enjoy the boost of humidity and great smell. Doesn’t add much to the temp unless I’m right near it or house is cold. Happy with purchase.

Just not happy with it at all it’s cheap and falls apart

I've used it twice, it keeps lint from spreading through the hose, it does raise the humidity some, but thats not a problem, because the air gets too dry in the winter, the attachment they have to hang this on a wall, is flimsy, so I just set it on the floor.
