A great piece of philosophy which gives insight into public administration.

I own Animal Farm and 1984 from Collins Classics and the price is unbeatable. Arrived the next day after ordering which I hadn't expected. In brand new condition with no scuffs/marks of any kind.After a quick flick through there appears to be no issues with the printing, font is a bit on the smaller size due to this copy being smaller than the average paperback (easily placed into your bag) but it's not a big deal, so the price for this copy is astounding. Looking forward to reading this work.

Republic is a long and difficult book to go through, not all made easy thanks to it's poetry like language. Most of the book, is in form of fictional dialogues between Aristotle and his companions. They discuss various aspects of society, including what makes a good & bad man, the meaning of knowledge and of course forms of governance.This is the treatise where Plato's famous Allegory of the cave is discussed in detail. It is not something you pick up for light reading. But for improving your intellectual faculties, and understanding of society, this book written in Ancient Greece but somewhat relevant today, is precious.____________________________As for the product, the book is well made, beautiful cover, and the pages are of good quality. For the price specified the product is worth the effort and cost.

Complete nonsense (to say the least), as this „book“ was printed with handwritten notes on basically every page! Fraud?
