It’s helping her teeth and she likes it. My sweet old dog had to have quite a few teeth, pulled, and had her teeth cleaned, and I was trying to keep them that way, but still she grew some tartar. I bought a jar of this at a local pet store and it seemed to help and my dog thinks it’s a treat. So now I’ve bought another jar from Amazon and I’ll keep doing that. I use it morning and evening about an hour after she’s had anything to eat. She now opens her mouth with her teeth showing so I can put it on them.

This dog toothpaste is really good and helps improve the appearance of teeth over time. It’s also convenient because you don’t have to actually brush their teeth, which makes it much easier to use regularly. It’s simple to add into a routine and my dog tolerates it well. However, the results aren’t as quick as expected, so it does take consistent use to see noticeable improvement.

After many years of brushing my dog's teeth, they suddenly decided that brushing their teeth was not okay with them anymore. I tried a product that was an additive to their water. One dog refused to drink the water that had the fresh breath additive. So here we are with this gel. My dog do not like this. They don't seem to like the smell or taste, even though I got the peanut butter flavor. I finally decided to taste it myself because normally, anything to do with peanut butter, they would love it. It smells and tastes like green tea, which has green tea leaf extract in it. No peanut butter flavor or smell I am continuing to try to get them to accept this product because we are running out of options for dental hygiene. To the manufacturer of this product, please keep trying to find a flavor and fragrance that dogs will love!

This works but never helped reduce my dogs plaque much. I preferred ro brush his teeth and follow with this. Scent was okay but my dog hated it. Love the packaging and how easy it was to use. It was expensive for what it is, but it never made him sick so it seems safe for him.

Have tried several different types of teeth cleaning products for our 2 small dachshunds with horrible results. Mainly the extreme dislike of the taste. I will say I also tried using several different brushes and finger brushes which may have contributed to their dislike as well. I took a piece of a wash rag about 2” wide and 4” long, wet it and wrapped it around my finger and then added this product. Dogs actually love the flavor and also the softer wet wrap I use to rub on their gums. Seems to be a winner for our pets and us.

My dog absolutely hates the taste of this. It is definitely not peanut butter but peanut butter mint and there’s no fooling my pup. He practically runs when I try and put it on him. If your dog is picky about what goes in their mouth I wouldn’t recommend this.

I’ve used this for a while now and love it for my dog. You don’t have to brush using this but if your dog has some build up, I’d use a soft brush to get that off and once it’s off you can just go back to using this without brushing. I’m back and forth between brushing or only applying this. Depends on the day. But good stuff.

My 6 year old frienchie had some tartar build up. I used this product a few times and the tartar went away. My dog didn't love or hate the taste. She got used to the product being rubbed on her teeth.

Lucy loves the peanut butter flavour more than the original one.
