Detroit Axle - Front Upper Lower Control Arms + Tie Rods + Sway Bars Replacement for Cadillac Chevy GMC Models - 12pc set

I’m not usually one to complain or leave a bad review but Detroit Axle dropped the ball On my order. I was sent two passenger side lower control arms, missing the driver side which is obviously needed. After dealing with an abundance of ignorant customer support agents I was told that I could get a “refund” of $80 due to being discounted in the kit I ordered. Then was told I could purchase the correct part separately for $115. This is my problem with the whole situation. It will now cost me $35 more plus down time to get the correct part when Detroit axle made the mistake in the first place. It’s not about money, it’s about the principal. The only way they would send me the correct part is if I return the incorrect part they sent me, that would not be an issue if the vehicle was not tore apart and un drivable due to their negligence. The couple parts I did receive were decent quality but this is the last time I will purchase this crap brand. Lesson learned.

Good quality parts. Be sure you have the right parts. I was sent two drivers side upper control arms other than that, it was all good.

All the parts matched my factory stuff. Well made. Will buy again. The only thing was the box was beat-up pretty bad. Thanks Fed-x

I have purchased from Detroit Axle many times. As usual the item was right the price was fair and the quality seems good. I have never had a problem with anything from this company and have been using their products for many yrs.You just need to be sure you double check that the part fits your application,using the amazon garage seems to do a good job of this. The control arm kit I ordered for my 2008 Silverado fit perfect only thing about this order the bags with small parts was broken and it was missing a couple cotter pins because the box was broken on the corners. No big deal I keep that kind of thing on hand. That is something that only a crate would remedy but would add considerable to the cost, so I don't hold that against them.Do not be a fraid to order from them.
