The cards are helpful for working out. I love that the sellers sent me a stretching guide electronically also. It has been a great help. I am a kind of person who needs a guide on working out and stretching.

Well worth the price easy to use and follow

It works just as described. It's easy to see which cards are for upper body, core, lower body. I like the variety of exercises they have so I can change up my routine. I have a great app (Interval Timer) that I can program my circuit or HIIT training and I use these cards with it. I lay them out and as I do one, I flip it over and go to the next. I wear glasses for distance and close up, but the pictures are big enough that I don't wear them during the workout. The texture of the cards are just like playing cards, but bigger. It would be nice if there was an inventor reading this review and they make a card holder big enough for like 6 cards or so. (Something like scrabble uses.) :-)
