I bought this lamp but it flickers on the highest brightness, does everyone’s do that? Or is it faulty?

It’s faulty I have mine on right now on the highest level and it does not flicker, send it back

No it’s not cordless but can be plugged into a phone charger plug if that helps

None of the marketing pictures show the power cord for the lamp. What does this look like? Where does it fit the base of the lamp?

It’s basically a phone charger type cord which fist in USB ports , fits at the base the light dims and has a reading selection it’s touch control so no fiddly switches
