This is the best by far and I've tried many. Look for the Albion Traacs on the bottle!
I did some research and realized the type of magnesium most beneficial for me is the glycinate. I've always taken the malate form, but after taking these before bedtime, I was able to sleep much better. I take it for thigh muscle spasm prevention but both types benefit the muscles. The Albion mineral TRAACS listed on the label was what my research told me to look for as the best source for the magnesium. I hope OmniBiotics remains honest with their ingredients. I will be a lifelong customer of their products.

Changed my life!!!!
This one change my life, better sleep, helping my muscle and nerve pain from my 3 shoulder surgeries. I love this one so much and will be a on complete reorder. Gluten free and made in the USA! 10/10 recommend

Leg and foot cramps no more and I sleep better.
Been taking this for over a year, no more painful leg and foot cramps. I also seem to sleep better. I have seen many factual videos mentioning it is more advantageous to take most of the capsules of this magnesium glycinate just before bed with water and space away for at least 2 hours from meals to have better absorption and take without other supplements.

Good product but multiple leaking capsules
The product seems to work as expected. Sleep better and fewer muscle cramps and doesn't seem to have the intestinal issues that other forms of magnesium have. With that said about 4 or 5 capsules had opened up in transit and so there was powder everywhere. Would be perfect if that had capsules that sealed better. I didn't see this in other reviews so keeping 4/5 stars as may be a one off.

Sleep improved!!
I’m actually really shocked and very happy with this product! Sleep has been non existent for my for the past year. I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement for a week now, and now I have no issue getting to sleep and staying asleep!

Great for sleep
I’ve been taking this for sleep, and it’s made a noticeable difference. I fall asleep easier and wake up feeling less groggy. Definitely a staple in my night time routine now!
