The product was absolutely stale when it came and after I ordered a return no ome ever came to pick it up and I did not get a refund for it either

I can’t believe how easy and tasty this is!!!
I purchased this kit as a stocking stuffer for my wife for Christmas. We just made our first batch of fresh homemade mozzarella. We could not believe how fool proof the instructions and process were!! The cheese came out perfect. We followed the directions exactly the only thing we would do is tweak the amount of salt to add just a dash more to give it a little bit more of the flavor that we enjoy from the mozzarella cheese. This is definitely some thing I would recommend you try! Five stars

The flavor is awsome and its so easy. But thickness of fermented cheese is a bit soft when following the instructions.
