For that good old fashioned mineral rich, natural great molasses flavor and best in quality, this is an original. Healthy, in moderation. Active young folks can consume more without worries. Older and less active ones as I am, need to be more moderate. Just my two cents worth, maybe worth about a quarter by now.

Tastes good. Came boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap with shrink sealed lid. Someone who does not know how to read a label left one star for the calories but this brand lists a serving as 2 tablespoons for some reason while most brands list 1 tablespoon as a serving. Very happy and will buy again.

Be careful using this stuff. Once you cook with it nothing else compares. Taste is one of a kind.

Steen’s products are excellent. They ARE pricey, but since I seldom use except for pecan pies, gingerbread, etc., that’s okay for me.

This is the best tasting dark molasses I have ever tried. It has a clear, smooth consistency and makes the best molasses cookies. Also goes well on hot buttery biscuits anytime. There were no issues with shipping as these are glass containers. I ordered 2 and they both came very well packaged in bubble wrap, each in an individual cardboard box, then both boxes packaged within a brown cardboard box.
