I need these. They do work
I need these to condition myself on proper portions for health, weight loss, weight control, healthier BALANCED DIET. They work. And once used for a consistent period of time these are great 'training' plates to proper portion size for a healthy, BALANCED diet.

I love that they don't look like portion control plates. I am using them as everyday plates. I don't need to lose weight but the hub does. He doesn't have a clue I've put him on a "diet"

Interesting Plate
Got these as I just had bariatric surgery and wanted to ensure portion control. Plate is a standard size plate and very heavy/sturdy, not a small plate as seemed in picture. The portion circles are great though to help keep servings right-sized.
