Great lock, I also ordered one in green. It wasn’t until the green one arrived that I learned it was supposed to come with a mount for the bike. It’s not the end of the world as I have an e-bike and don’t think it would fit anywhere anyway. Maybe hard to tell from the picture, but I was able to mount the green one on my dog cart attachment (that was the purpose of that one - to lock the cart to my bike if I ever needed to) and then the black one I ordered (with no mount) easily fit in my bag attached and then I can secure the bike separately from the cart.

I bought this lock in the winter during a sale. I have not used my bike yet so I just left it in the bag it came in. A couple weeks ago I ago I was getting my bike ready and the lock would not open despite the fact that I followed the instructions that came with it. I tried so many combos and it still wouldn’t open. I thought I was going to be out the money for it. I reached out to them via email that came with lock and they tried to help me get it open and it still wouldn’t open. They then offered to send a new one at no charge. It arrived and worked instantly. I am happy to say that this was a positive experience despite the fact I didn’t make sure it worked when I received it. Lesson I learned here, make sure you try it as soon as you receive it. I am very happy with this purchase and you will be too.

I received this bike lock and was looking forward to usi g it on my ebike. It's very study (would take massive bolt cutters to get it off) but it has 1 major flaw. There are only 2 words on the packaging that are in English. If there are instructions on how to set the combination, they myst be in whatever Asian language is on the back if the cardboard the lock was attached to. Any help on this would be appreciated.

After a few weeks of use, one day I tried to lock my scooter, and the pin didn't go all the way in immediately. I turned the wheel where the passcode is. When I realized it, I had put in the correct code, but it didn't work. So I tried couple times and didn't work by the end of the day I had to remove my scooter from the spot so I tried everything. Frustrated, I twisted the wheels, and with my bare hands, I was able to break the lock. I'm a normal guy, not super strong, so I realized if someone wants to rob my scooter, they could do it very easily.
