Worth the money
Great beginner book.

Nice Patterns but Not Ready to Trace
This book has a great collection of wildlife patterns, and can really get some ideas going. The only thing I don't like about this book, is that the patterns are printed on paper that is not ready to be traced. You have to cut the page out of the book, and then use a razor blade to cut the patter out, so you can trace it onto your board.

Father in law is an amateur wood worker and one of his requests was pattern books this year, he seemed to enjoy this one, said instructions were clear and found several projects he wanted to start on!

I am so appreciative of great books like this to keep my retired husband busy. He loves his scroll saw, he loves the outdoors and the animals. This book is wonderful in that it supplies him with great patterns of the things he loves to re-create with his scroll saw. Wildlife Patterns.
The patterns are very nice. My husband has just retired and is enjoying doing woodwork. He has cut his first pattern and it looks very nice.

I bought several of these scroll saw books. Some of the designs are usable but not worth the expense to purchase.

Well Worth It!
Very well done! I'm new to woodburning but with this book, I won't be for long!! The stencils are very easy to copy onto the wood. What's even better is that you can make them your own by adding features that are not on the stencils. Like instead of a dark burn, put in fur. I Love It.

excellent ouvrage
Avant de commander cet article, je me suis basée sur les commentaires positifs. Aucun regret, les plans sont en pleine page et comme j'avais pu le lire, aucun besoin de connaître l'anglais. Les modèles sont très variés et tous plus beaux les uns que les autres. Je l'ai offert et la personne qui l'a reçu a vraiment apprécié. Il ne reste plus qu'à se mettre à l'ouvrage.

Good book!
I gave this book 5 stars because there is no jargon involved, just a book of 61 patterns. There are easy patterns to get you started and then there are more challenging ones to do with interesting scenery too. I have just completed a night owl which looks fantastic and now I am looking to complete some more. This book will keep you occupied for hours and if there are others in the range by Lora S Irish, then I'll certainly be buyinh them.
