Nice walking stick with a lot of good uses
I got this for a couple of reasons and it covers all the bases. I don't need a cane all the time, but every now and then my sciatica flares up and I need something to help me get around. This is a very sturdy walking stick and fits the hand comfortably. I'm about six feet tall and I didn't have to trim anything for it to be the right length. The other reason is that my wife and I like to go to concerts, plays, and comedy shows in some pretty rough cities. Most venues don't allow concealed carry and with a disabled wife I like to have something to give me an edge if the need for self defense arises. It's stout enough and the knob on top gives me weight in the right place. I feel pretty well prepared for the walks through places that I would rather not be unarmed in. I recommend this cane for either or both uses.
