This joint support drink/mix is delicious, dissolves easily and helps your bones/joints if taken consistently. Been taking for over a month and believe my joints don't seem so squeaky and painful. Knees, fingers, hips, etc. 57 year old menopausal female. Recommended by my chiropractor. Excellent for joint support! I've noticed a great improvement in my mobility since I started taking it. It dissolves well and the raspberry flavor is delicious, not artificial at all. Highly recommended if you're looking for a complete formula with Univestin.

I chose to try a Glucosamine drink mix instead of taking yet another supplement as a pill! I chose raspberry as opposed to Mango since I find some mango products taste off, especially with Stevia sweeteners which tend to go more towards bitter. The flavor is fine, but can be a bit tart/ bitter from the Stevia so I like to dilute the drink with more water than recommended in the directions. I’ve been taking this every other day to get used to it and make sure it doesn’t upset my stomach, and it’s been going well! Drinking it over a longer period of time and with a light meal helps! I’ve been dealing with a neck injury leaving me with bulging and herniated discs at 22, and physical therapy has been easing my pain and this supplement is another add in to my routine as a precaution. Hopefully this is something I can see results from in the long term

It tastes pretty good. It reminds me of the powdered vitamin drinks I've tried, and it fizzes a lot. The package says to put it into a shaker and not stir to mix. That was a bit weird when I first read it but after trying to mix it, I can see that there's parts of it that takes a bit longer to dissolve, which is probably why it says the mixer bottle. I didn't have one so I used a little hand held mixer and it frothed up quite a bit and even as it dissolves, you can hear it dissolving the last bits. Taste wise, I liked it enough, but I think it is better when I add a bit more water and use it for my chia seed drink. I can't say for sure it's giving me any joint or pain relief per se, but I do feel more energized so i can do more things .
