Great wrap
Great vinyl wrap! I really like the texture of the wrap as well as look of it! Seems to be very scratch resistant and strong. It is thick though so if this is your first time wrapping maybe practice on something you don't care about first. I have bought this twice already and used it on quite a few areas in my car. Really great for either boring spots or for a chrome delete. Keep in mind this is a vinyl wrap NOT a sticker. It's not going to be instantly super sticky, this product HAS to have a heat gun and squeeze. It's a heat, air and pressure release. So if you want it to stay make sure to use the right tools and put in the time. Definitely worth the money

Good Look!
I wanted to add to the "black and red" theme on my motorcycle, and a very annoying chrome center console on the tank reflected the sun right off in to my face while riding in the high sun times in the afternoon. So I thought I'd wrap it. This carbon fiber pattern stuff worked pretty well. It's a matte type finish, so it's not reflecting light like a gloss type finish. When I started to put it on the first piece, I had to learn as I went. I had never used this type of material before. It is quite resilient, especially when a heat gun is taken to it. Since these pieces are pretty small that I wrapped, I didn't use a lot of material. But it takes some getting used to to get wrapped around all the corners and get all the wrinkles out of it. That's where the heat gun comes in handy. I'm sure a hair dryer would work too, but I had one from gluing hockey stick blades to the shafts. Worked just fine, but don't get it too close and hold it on too long in one spot. It was just a learning curve on getting the pieces wrapped, and then cutting the extra, and using the heat gun to help stretch it around the curves and stretch out the wrinkles so it was smooth on the contoured surfaces. It's a good 20 footer. From 20 feet away you can't tell anything that I messed anything up! But the quality of the product is good so far. It's been in the sun and rain only for a short time by now. But everything is sticking as it should and not peeling off. While heating, reheating, stretching and moving the material on the piece multiple times it had good stickiness. Sticks to itself really good, and anything else you get it near also so if you are working on a small piece to wrap you will just want to be watching all the corners and extra material. In addition, the air box on the side of the motorcycle is exposed to more than just the heat that it gets sitting in the elements from the motor. And still everything is good on it, holding in place with no issues and looking pretty good. I have provided some before and after pics of what the pieces looked like. There are a few more pieces I was considering also doing. The pieces that I wrapped are of a chrome plated plastic.

High Quality, Extremely High Skill Required To Work With
High quality carbon fiber wrap, VViViD is some of the best vinyl out there, but this stuff is VERY thick. The pattern is a physical texture on the vinyl itself which makes it really difficult to stretch, even under heat. I made the mistake of using this to learn how to wrap with on my interior to do some silver plastic delete and it has been INCREDIBLY difficult to work with. However! The results look and feel FANTASTIC if you can be patient. Get ready to work on each piece for at LEAST an hour, if not more. Some pieces took multiple hours and multiple attempts and even on the second attempt it's still not right. Buy 2x the amount you plan to use because you're going to absolutely tear this stuff and throw a lot of failed attempts out. It also has some issues adhering (on very thin areas, because it's so stiff). The top two corners in my center console job shown below eventually bubbled back up and tore (and this was the second attempt).

Carbon fiber finish for my WRX trunk
I purchased the VVIVID XPO Vinyl to wrap the trunk of my 2015 WRX. Overall I was very pleased with the item. I am inclined to think most of my problems came from user error other then product failure. That being said, Below is my breakdown based on what I was looking for in the product; Packaging/Shipping: The vinyl came within two days in a full roll. I know there were some concerns for the sheet coming folded. This was not the case and the roll was crease-less. Open the box for the first time outdoors however. The bottled up vinyl smell is a bit strong when the product is first opened up. Product Quality: My first thought was "Wow this is more stiff then I expected". Most of this stiffness is due to the backing paper. The carbon fiber is more of a raw texture giving it a matte finish. It still has a great look, just not as glossy as real carbon fiber parts. This is all a look preference though. I think it looks better with less gloss. Ease of Use/Installation: This is a mixed bag for me. If one has a smooth, semi flat to flat surface, then installation is a breeze. I started on the top of my trunk and that was a quick as anything to install. The vinyl is super forgiving and very easy to push bubbles through. My trouble come with the turn down to the back side of the trunk. The vinyl is nice in that it is heat activated. This allows one to pull up and re-position many times with no issues. I had to pull up and place the back a few times and one of them used too much force. This resulted in a tear in the vinyl. At this point I had to scrap the back of the trunk and just do the top. Like I said, this tear was most likely my own error. Overall, I thought it was very easy to use if one is patient with it. Durability: The installation was about 4 weeks ago and the product is holding up just like the day I installed it. Some bubbles will appear days after the install as it is baking in the sun. All one needs to do is rub them and the air release tech will do the rest. Overall: Really great product. I actually plan on purchasing more to wrap my roof and hood. Looks great from any angle. I have had a few people ask about it already because it looks so good. Five stars based on the fact that I was a complete beginner and was still able to do a professional looking job. Great for first time users of vinyl wrap!

Itโs pretty good just make sure there is no damage before you start using jt
Sticks and goes on well just came with wrinkles and a few areas were damaged before I even used it and took it out the package takes a while to put on if your learning corners feel impossible even with a heater to make it stretch it just doesnโt turn out that good itโs a good woven texture and looks good from afar and close itโs not too thick but any curves ur gona need to heat it up

Well-made, thick versatile wrap that could be used for many applications..
This product, a small part of a car detail but also ended up using it to be careful some of my sonโs hockey equipment. Product thickness is tough and the color and versatility of this product is great for so many uses. It Claimed it was scratch resistant and thatโs absolutely true. The carbon fiber color just fancies things up increases the products visibility to on lookers.

DOESN'T STICK WELL AT ALL, YOU'LL NEED TO BUY EXTRA GLUE!!
This stuff does not stick at all like it should, maybe its too hot this summer, but its become useless unless I guess if you buy glue to add, but its supposed to be ok without, which is NOT!

Great Vinyl, Need a heat gun!
This Black 3D Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap was very good and easy to use! A heat gun is a must if you are wrapping non-flat surfaces and edges. I used this on my car to wrap the shiny center console. This vinyl was very easily screeched when the heat gun was applied to it and shrunk very well when heat was applied. the texture is super nice and is not a fingerprint magnet. Very happy overall. love this product and would buy more in the future.

Ohhh how i love this product!!! Takes some patience and practice to install but im so satisfied with the final result! I put it on my trims inside my car, my car was in the sun windows up in hight summer temperatures, in the coldest winter temperatures and it still looks amazing and didnt peel off or make air bubbles.
