Great Product and Excellent Customer Support
I purchased the Hocanflo 700W Sewerage Pump Macerator in November 2023 and fitted it shortly afterwards. It worked brilliantly from the start, handling waste from the toilet, sink, and shower with ease. The pump is powerful, efficient, and surprisingly quiet for a unit of this capacity. Unfortunately, after a year and a few months of reliable performance, the pump failed. I reached out to customer support, and they were fantastic. They gave me a few troubleshooting steps to try and asked for a video of the fault. After I sent the video, they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent out with no hassle at all. I was really impressed with how smoothly they handled the issue. With the new unit up and running, everything is back to normal, and I couldn’t be happier. Knowing that the support team is responsive and helpful gives me confidence in the product. I’ll definitely be ordering another one when I do the extension. Overall: Great pump and even better customer support. Highly recommended!

Facile à installer
Installation facile plus petit que celui que j’avais avant la seul chose c’est le bruit quand on tire la Chase il se mets à broyer deux fois voir trois et des fois 30 seconde après il le refait une fois des fois ça fait surprend 😨 sinon bon rapport qualité prix

La pompe n'a plus fonctionner après 1 mois, je trouve ça déplorable et aucun geste pour la garantie, je déconseille

Wird zur abwasserbeseitigung der Waschmaschiene benutzt,pumpt aber immer stoßweise hintereinander das wasser ab, etwas mehr Pause dazwischen würde ich besser finden.
