High quality and great customer service
I was having trouble flattening bottom of bowls, this made it much easier for me.

Great parting tool!
Tool is precise and remains sharp due to high quality cutting steel even after 15-20 hours of cutting hardwoods. You must build your own handle but it’s a good buy once you e done that!

Very good quality USA 🇺🇸 made tool!
This is a very good parting tool but at $75 seems a bit too expensive to not come with a handle as I bought a 3-pack of the same brand wood turning tools for $175 and they all came with handles. On the other hand, maybe there is a legitimate reason this tool costs more to produce. So for now I just switch this tool into one of the other handles, and on top of that, it gives me another project to do to make a handle for it.Very good quality USA 🇺🇸 made tool!

Good cutoff tool
This tool works well. The carbide tip cuts well and fast. I can separate the lid from the base in a bowl easily. But, it takes some extra care. The blade end is long to cut deep so extra care is needed to hold the tool square. Letting the tool turn sideways can lead to problems. So, it does a great job of what is needed but extra care is needed when using it.

Excellent Parting Tool
This is a fine parting tool. It cuts cleanly and is easy to control. I bought the 8-inch handle for it and the combination is perfect. I particularly like that it is relatively substantial compared to the 1/8-inch diamond-shaped parting tool I have been using. I also like that it can be used up to 6-1/2-inch diameter.
