I’ve had these extensions in for two weeks now and it’s the worst hair I’ve ever had. It’s brittle, tangly as heck, and shedding horribly! I’ve contacted customer service and they are helping me with a replacement. So far customer service seems to be nice and helping me fix the issue. I’ll update once i get the new hair!Update- Monica with customer service sent me new hair and so far it feels SO much better than the last sets of hair i purchased hopefully they hold up longer than 2 weeks this time after i wash them!!

This is my fourth time with extensions like these. These are by far the nicest clamp-in extensions I have used to date. They are soft, both out of the package and during wear. I am going to include some tips that I have learned from having this type of extension:Extensions of any kind can be an investment and a lot of work, but I have found these to be more so. You will likely need to invest in good products to help maintain the life of these.If you have short hair like mine (pixie cut) and you want to use these to go from short to long hair, you'll likely need 3+ bundles.Prewash all of your extensions. They come out of the package with a lot of extra dye on them that I found to be very irritating if not washed out before install. I usually prewash, condition and flat iron.I recommend having someone help you install these, especially for the back portion of your hair.Reserve at least 5 or 6 extra extensions in the event you have an extension break and need to replace it. Usually this will happen at the metal clamp.Start with an incredibly clean hair base. Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo and get your hair nice and clean. Try not to leave any oils in your hair. I have found that this will help them stay in better and greatly reduce slide-outs.If you are doing your full head, allow yourself a few days to install these, doing just a few rows per day. These can become heavy in the hair really fast, especially if you have short hair are are adding long extensions. They can be painful to sleep on the first few nights while you get used to them, so I recommend planning accordingly.Invest in a good wide tooth comb. Brushing with a regular brush can pull them out.Try to only shampoo your hair once every few days as too much washing will make them look worn much faster.Invest in a good dry shampoo, these can make your scalp very oily.Conversely, the ends of these extensions tend to look a little stringy by the end of the day. I have found that a bit of leave in conditioner on the ends helps with this.Remember to regularly care for your scalp. Dandruff is not uncommon with this type of extension.Sleep with these in a braid as they knot and tangle very easily while you sleep and the knots can be harder than normal hair to get out.If you have very short hair like mine, it can be difficult to hide the clamps. With my hair in particular, I have found it nearly impossible to hide every single clamp. I use root touch up spray and bobby pins to attempt to hide them but it is not always possible. This is something to consider if you have very short hair.Overall, I love the color and feel of these extensions and will likely return to this seller and this brand, just be prepared to show these some extra TLC.

I have been spending 400 on keratin infusion extensions for a few years, and I decided to try these based on the reviews. I was completely shocked to receive the most beautiful and soft hair. It handles my hot tools curling iron just fine, at the highest setting. Obviously the hair will stay healthy longer on a lower temp but the good news is the hair isnt melting at high temp. There is no harsh chemical smell. The house feels like silk. Some not so amazing things i noticed........ hence 4 stars. The bonds come loose easier than the high price hair i found. I dont mind this because i have the tool to replace any that come out. I feel like its actually a little less harsh on your hair since they come out easier. There was quite a bit of shedding during the install but that wasnt an issue after. Also, the extensions got quite curly when i washed them. not ringlets but curly enough that i have to straighten them. The hair is gorgeous. I went ahead and bought up the rest of the packs, sorry! I went with 14 inch, so healthy from root to tip! It also matched my hair color perfectly. Def recommend! I hope that with more time using these I am able to find a way to make the bonds last longer.

You’ll need abt 2 and a half packs. The color was spot on. They are a little tangly. They were good for about 3 weeks then they needed to be taken out due to the lack of volume and they stopped blending as well. I tried to re do them but they had little to no stickiness left. After you wash them they loose volume and get dry even after a deep conditioner and leave in. Great for 3 week wear one time!

Edit: Monica with customer service reached out and provided new product of my choice. Even if the new product doesn’t work out I’m still happy because they company tried to make it right and replace the defective product.Let me start off by saying that I’ve been wearing extensions before I could even drive, so this isn’t my first rodeo. I bought 3 packs total, 2x 24 inch and 1x 30 inch. The 30” was incredibly thin, the 24” was a decent thickness, all were 50g, the 30” should’ve weighted more based on length. I bought these in a pinch because of one day shipping because my usual brand that I had ordered(not from Amazon) was stuck in transit. The hair felt terrible from the moment I unpackaged it, but I was in desperate need for an upcoming event, so I took a chance, and deeply regret it. The extensions were professionally colored to match my hair. As you can see in the photo, they did not take the color evenly. Also in the photos, you can see that some sections would absolutely not hold any curl and the ends of the hair were terrible and fried. They were treated with the most care, low heat, professional color, shampoo, extension specific hair products, etc. but still were terrible. I’ve had them in 3 days and they are already starting to loosen up, lucky for me since I’m getting the horrible things removed, but bad since tape-ins should not be lose after 3 days. They tangle extremely easily and feel like sandpaper. To help you understand how bad they feel, when I was little I took a curling iron to a Barbie head and completely fried the hair and it felt better than this hair does. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy these.

Bought them for a customer. They did tangle up after a bit, so you’ll need to brush them constantly.

Wow! This hair is great quality and such a bargain, I can’t wait to fit them. The colour match is perfect and I can’t see any odd black/white hairs that you often get in extensions. They are very soft and are thick to the ends. I ordered them last night and they arrived the next morning. Thank you seller :)

I’m very pleased with extensions. Hair is soft and silky. Sits well and looking thick, natural hair. Strong keratin glue which makes extensions last for more than 3 months, even after holiday! Incredible thing is that they don’t shred at all! (my previous extensions used to shred constantly, and I did tried many different brands)I wanted to change my colour, dyed extensions and my hair in mahogany and it’s looking stunning! 👌I highly recommend them!

I have bought hair from this store a few times and it has always been great, but this last time a lot of the tapes were quite hard, and it was difficult to get the back off the tape meaning that about 5/6 of the pieces were unusable.

Finally some good hair extensions. They feel and look exactly like my own hair and last me for about 2-3 months, hair doesn’t get dry that easy , I really hate how other extensions, after 2 weeks max get so dry and ugly. Ladies, you won’t fail with these ones x
