Item not function ...waste of money
The item was purchased and taken to my home country and when we were trying to install it didnt work ....its defective ...this seller have defective product...we returned one because it was defective by looking at it ...but this one we kept and unfortunately this was also defective ....whole money wasted

Solid build, nice look, resemble big brand but not very long reach
I got this as an open box for basically the price of a relativeluy cheap restaurant meal . its quite heavy duty but time will tell if it (the cartridge in particular) holds up over time. Unlike its american cousin, this faucet puts water out straight down, the moen version shoots out water on a forward tilt angle. this is important because the reach of the faucet isn't very long, so i'm washing my hands at the back of the sink, more potential to splash water onto counter. Didn't realize this until after install. If i had to buy it again i would get the one with the forward tilting water stream.

Faucets leaks and cause water damage to home. Second time now, same faucet.
It seems you get what you pay for when it comes to plumbing supplies. This faucet was sent to us and leaked causing water damage to the cabinets and to the ceiling below the washroom. We reordered thinking it was just a fluke, but the second one now leaks at a new location. Given the time it takes to repair the damage, uninstall the item, ship it back, we would have been far better off buying a higher quality product the first time around.

Spout Reach - Length of the faucet (back to front)
Length of the faucet from back to front is short and while washing the hands we hit the ceramic (back wall of the sink). i have 1 hole installation sink. need to make it little long so it reaches middle of the sink. 6-7 inches from back to front would be very beneficial and will bring the water stream in the middle of the sink and will have enough space to wash hands. thanks
