I've seen mixed comments on how oven safe this is. Can anyone attest to actually using this in the oven and at what temp please? Thank you!

I have 8 months or more of using this frying pan on a weekly basis. Based on my experience with this frying pan. It is a very good on the top of the stove frying pan. However I wouldn't use this frying pan inside of the oven, bcuz of the wooden handle that can burn in the oven. Also the glass lid is not recommended for oven usage bcuz it can explode inside the oven.

is there teflon in this pan?

This product likely has PTFE. Teflon was DuPonts brand name for PTFE. When their patents expired, many companies chose different names for PTFE. PFOA was originally used to manufacture PTFE but now it’s illegal to sell PFOA in the US, so manufacturers replaced it with something else from a similar PFOA family.
