I love Ethiopian Coffee but this coffee has no taste. I changed Grind settings and even added extra Coffee ,but it was like drinking water. Sad

Nice
Rich flavor, not bitter. Little pricier than what I usually buy, but there is a difference.

It was ok.
I was looking to try some new coffee, but I wasn't a huge fan of the flavor from this one.

Genuinely wonderful coffee, with a deceptively complex flavor profile
Genuinely wonderful coffee. (Go for the whole bean, it's worth every penny). My sister bought me a box that contained a bunch of handmade goods (coffee mugs, hot chocolate, this coffee, etc) for Christmas to support those in need. I'm incredibly happy with this blend - the description on the front is pretty spot on.I brewed this in a Coletti ceramic pour over. This stuff is surprisingly good for bagged coffee.-- Tasting Notes --It begins with an immediate earthiness on the nose but has a slight sugary-astringency (similar to a raisin, or grape) on the tip of the tongue. It hits with an initial bitterness (depending on the strength of your brew) similarly to dark chocolate - then fruitful notes follow. As this flavor dissipates, a consistent second wind of flavor becomes present that's much more mellow - after swallowing, chocolate/berry flavor remains, but muted. A slight milkier-chocolate flavor (almost vanilla flavor) comes out before finally resting.

Tasty
I like the coffee. It was a bit dry, drier than I like but tasted good. I drink a lot of single source coffee. While dark roast Sumatra is my absolute favourite this Ethiopian is a flavourfull alternative. I use a local roast (Salt Spring) usually and it is very fresh and still has a lot of the oils visible. Will likely buy again.

Robust flavour
I make my coffee as one regular cup with 4 espresso shots to strengthen the flavour. Not everyone would enjoy this but this coffee tastes great when mixed this way.

Smooth Coffee
Good flavor and smooth. I prefer my coffee black (no covering up bad tastes with cream or sugar) and this coffee goes down well.
