It's a paint stripper. One of the best in my opinion. Buy it now. 👌

not as effective as i had hoped
Used this Nitromors to strip oil based paint off. You have to dab it on as its a thick gel and leave it. it took a few goes with this product to scrap the paint off. It is easy to clean off residue. The product is quite fumey so you need good ventilation while using it. I found the product not to be as effective as I had hoped. I had to resort to another product.

Does not strip paint.
What can I say? This used to be the go-to paint stripper many years ago. Back in the day, even splashing a tiny amount onto a painted surface could cause significant damage—it would strip away layers of paint and primer effortlessly. However, this current product is now useless; it couldn't even remove nail polish effectively. It's overpriced and overrated. In the past, handling such chemicals required caustic rubber gloves, a proper facemask, and goggles for safety, but that is no longer the case with this product. It has just been brought to my attention that Nitromors has indeed changed its formulary under EU legislation making it weaker. So why not reflect that in the price?

Not as powerful as it was years ago so something has changed it took three applications to remove a small patch

Worth a try
Not magic but it does help. Leave it for long enough and it takes layer or 2 off at a time so will save you a bit of energy. Easy to apply, viscous enough that it doesn't drip easily. Smell isn't too unbearable! Used a fair amount up just to strip down layers of old paint of my bannister

Rubbish.
Rubbish. Didn’t even touch the paint - no better than nail varnish remover. All the necessary chemicals now removed.
