Must be Motor Racing Book of the Year.
Thought i knew just about everything about 1950/60's Motor racing. I was wrong. This book is packed with little known information plus stunning photographs.

Superb quality
A fascinating study of a little-known F1 team of the fifties and sixties. I always loved BRP for its pale green livery and the prettiness of its cars - lovely clean, simple lines and beautiful proportions, but somehow they always seemed to be hidden from the limelight. However, as this book reveals, they were far from shy: in fact they were one of the most innovative teams around, setting standards and introducing practices which would become the norm in the following decades of F1, and which remain in place today. I’ve only skimmed it so far, but I’ve learnt a lot already, and look forward eagerly to a more detailed study. The level of research that must have gone into this book is extremely impressive, and the photographic record is amazing - beautiful pictures, mostly previously unpublished as far as I am aware, all helped by the excellent reproduction and printing standards in what is a large format, high-quality publication. If you love sixties motor racing you’ll want this book: I was there and this superb piece of work brings it all flooding back. Exceptional.
