Been using tart cherry for pain relief for myself and my dog's arthritis for a couple years now with great results. I have found, through the years, that if I can get a dose of ibuprophen in me before my visual aura (preceding a migraine) ends, I can avoid the worst of the coming migraine, even to the point it is hardly noticeable. I've found I can do the same thing tart cherry. First I used the concentrate, mixing it with water. Then I tried these. I get the best result from the concentrate, but then you're also dealing with all those carbs. The effectiveness of these capsules is very close to the concentrate, and I rely on this product now, only very rarely needing to resort to ibuprophen. I notice a significant improvement in my dog's pain levels after giving her a capsule. Tart cherry works very well, and this product is excellent.

pain is definitely not as bad after about 3 weeks of use. Pills get stuck in my throat when I take them. If I drink them with milk they go down easier.

I had lots of joint pains and one of my fingers was so inflamed that I could hardly bend it so I thought I'd give this product a try. The results are absolutely amazing. My joint pains and stiffness has subsided by 80% and my finger only hurts if I accidentally put too much pressure on it or bend it backwards. I couldn't be happier with the results. Maybe this product doesn't work for everyone but I would suggest to definitely give it a try if you feel stiff and achy on a daily basis.
