I already ordered the set with multiple colors ,but I mainly use the white thread, can I just order multiple white threads instead?

You can order individual colors on their website.

Can I order just white glow in the dark thread by special request via email?

sorry, we don't provide the glow in the color individually.

Anyone knows if this thread is strong enough to be used for core spinning? Thanks,

Not sure what core spinning is but i worked fine through an embroidery machine. It has about they same stretch and breakage as normal machine embroidery thread

How well does this glow?

I’ve only used 2 colors and they glow pretty good
