Gossip Girl: Season 2 [DVD]

After watching season one over and over again i can wait any longer to do the same with season two, this show's great, i find it really entertaining. Even though some people made valid critics about this season im happy with the result, i actually like the mess and short stories, like random lovers, unexplained situations because i think that makes the show seem more real, they are young people finishing high school when you are young you go from one thing to another in a matter of days( or minutes), to me watching the problems of a couple 1-2-3... episodes it's boring, i like changes/new characters/drama and this season has a lot of it. Blair and Chuck story was the best one, it seemed like they weren't going to make it but they did at the mere end.I miss Dan and Serena but i liked Dan having an affair with a professor( i didnt think he would do something like that) and Serena with Eric and then hooking up with her friend's boyfriend, that was so S.Jenny's wild side and then growing up and finding her truth identity.Nate having an affair with a married older woman, Kissing jenny,breaking up with Vanessa( yay!).Georginas come back.Lily and Rufus story( the lost son, the back to the 80's, the wedding plans)Blair and Marcus,hooking up Carter ending up with Nate again, and finally Chuck... thats what i call a season!!!Cant wait for season 3!!XOXO

Gossip Girl is back for Season 2. The Gossip Girl gang, Serena (Blake Lively), Blair (Leighton Meester) , Chuck (Ed Westwick), Nate (Chace Crawford), and Dan (Penn Badgley) are in their senior year of high school. Jenny (Taylor Momsen) is sophomore in high school and dreams to be a fashion designer. There are new romances in the air for these wonderful characters. Serena and Dan break up during the summer. Dan comes to the Hamptons to try to get Serena back. Blair comes home from Europe from her summer trip. Blair meets a guy named James to make Chuck jealous. Blair brings James to the Hamptons for the last few weeks of summer. James tells Blair that he has a secret. Nate is dating a older married woman. Chuck has a hard year. Chuck's dad dies suddenly. On the last episode of the first season Chuck's dad, Bart Bass and Serena's mom Lily Van Der Woodsen get married. So now Serena, Eric, and Chuck are living on the same roof.I hope you like it!

I ordered the complete second season of "Gossip Girl" from this vendor. The product came in with bent sides. I know that this happened during it's travel to me through mail, however I had ordered the complete first season from Amazon directly and they had it packaged differently which better protected the product. I have read many poor reviews of this vendor and most of them include the poor packaging of their products, perhaps they should look into a different means of packaging. I also ordered the first and second season at the same time. I ordered the first season from Amazon directly and the second season from this vendor. I received Amazon's package in about five to seven days after I had ordered but I had to wait a rather long time to receive my package from this vendor. They were both supposed to ship the next business day and they both arrived by the same mailing service so I don't understand the delay. Luckily, I had received the first season first and so I was able to enjoy that season while I waited for my second package. It was a very smooth transaction and I am happy with my purchase over all but had I not ordered the first season also, I can imagine that this review would have a livid tone.

Great price for a great show.

I am a huge Gossip Girl fan. I love this show but season 2 has a lot of disappointing episodes. Seems like season 2 is the season where everybody loses and as a fan its frustrating because it even ends depressing. Don't get me wrong it's still interesting (if you like the show)but this is not a season I would watch over and over. I'm hoping season 3 will be better. Overall I would still recommend this purchase however maybe wait till it goes on sale or buy a used one in good condition.

I love this show and wanted it on DVD so I could watch it anytime I wanted. The case came a little broken but the disks play fine, they should package it with more padding.

シーズン１を深夜テレビで観てから、はまりました。まだ、テレビでは最後まで進んでいませんが、我慢できず、シーズン２、３を購入しました。英語版のほうが、安いので、こちらを選びました。観るときは字幕（英語）が出るように設定してます。英語の勉強にもなりますよ！話は恋愛のつきあったり、別れたりの話が多いですが、ファッションなども良くて観ていて楽しいです。しかし、シーズン３のＤＶＤから、急に私のＤＶＤ機械では観れませんでした。仕方なく、パソコンで観ています。まったく観れないよりはましですが、嫌な方は日本語版を買ったほうが良いかと思います。

カッコイイ男子とかわいい女子のおしゃれなドラマです。ニューヨークの町、ファション、お金持ちの別世界が見られます。私が好きなのは、chuck&blair　のコンビ？カップル？の会話やもどかしい恋愛模様にやられました。ありえないお金持ちの高校生ですが、悩みあり、家庭事情あり、もちろん恋愛、失恋、裏切り、ゴシップだらけです。シーズン３も早くみたいな。アメリカでは、シーズン４に続く予定です。

普段のＤＶＤプレーヤーでリージョンコードが違うので見られないかと心配しましたが、問題なく見れました。とても面白いです。早くシーズン３も見たいです。
