Feeling much better!
This product is amazing! I’ve only been taking it 2 weeks and after a few days I am falling asleep almost as soon as my head hits the pillow. I am also staying asleep all night long! I haven’t slept this well for decades! It’s also stopped the Charlie horses I was always getting every time I stretched. I guess I was very much magnesium deficient and never knew. I would recommend this premium product and it is great value for the money!

Very good so far for me, no major complaints, working as expected
Seems to be helping with sleep, only thing to note is that it dehydrates me quite a bit. I have to drink at least 16 oz of water in the morning. I would say my body is properly repairing itself, perhaps for the 1st time in a long time, as the magnesium draws water into my cells properly. I seem to be actually sleeping the full night and no longer waking up earlier like I was. I also started reading a physical book for 15-20 mins before sleep, which further help calm the brain and prepare better for sleep. I am going to experiment with Magnesium/L-Theanine soon, as I heard it can be a potent sleep agent as well. I am looking for the deepest sleep possible.

Best magnesium supplement
This is by far the best magnesium supplement I’ve used. I have endometriosis, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in managing my symptoms since taking it. It also helps me get a deep, restful sleep without leaving me feeling groggy the next morning. Also would like to mention, it’s very gentle on the stomach. Highly recommend!
