This works very well. It's important to follow the instructions, however for myself I have to leave it on for over an hour as I have oily skin. Be very careful when using this.

I would recommend you give this a try if you have xanthelasma. This product must be used with care , but if you follow the instructions and persevere it does remove the xanthelasma. I used this for a week (on one eye only) and it reduced the appearance of my xanthelasma so that it can be covered easily with regular eye make-up. I didn't feel anything for the first few applications, but the next few applications tingled and my eye lid was a little sensitive - so I didn't wear eye make-up. I took a weeks break from using the product and then started again, including my other eye. I anticipate it will take a further 3 or 4 weeks of use before my xanthelasma has been completely removed. I've also addressed my diet - as although this product does work, it's much better to prevent the problem than to have to resolve it!

Ive been using this for some time now. I'm trying to remove my Xanthelasma. It is working but it's taking a very long time. It's not one application and hey presto it's gone. I've used it 30 times or more on the same area just to get a slight improvement. I've found I have to use it several days in a row to get any reaction on my skin. The first day I don't feel anything, the second it starts to have a slight burn and on the third I can feel that it's working. I then leave it to scab over and peel off. Then start the process again. I may try another application on the 4th day to see if it works better. It doesn't look pretty while it's scabbed but that's OK as long as the end result is good.

I Bought this to remove pea sized Seb.Keratosis on my face. At first I tried for 1 hour, but didn't get the result I wanted. Next time I left on an hour and half. ..the seb. went quite red, And after a few days , it fell off. It wasn't painful. And no scar. I advise washing your skin well with soap before using. This is a great find! Now, I'm wondering if it'll work on a Skin tag!!

I used this product for six days. It caused skin burning and swelling around my eyes to the point where I couldn't see clearly with my right eye. I couldn't use it for more than six days. Then it left a dark spot that looked exactly like a burn. Then the blackness started to disappear, and the yellow residue came back even more than before. I hope the owner of the product responds to what I've experienced.

Like many people buying this product I was very dubious about it. I had a large seborrhoeic keratosis removed from just behind my ear about 18 months ago. The process was successful but the anasthaetic injections were extremely painful, all 6 of them. I found another small one on the other side of my head. I left it for a while but it was getting bigger. I really didn't want to go through the same thing that I went through last time so in desperation I bought this product thinking it would be a waste of money but I was willing to give it a try. Wow. after a few applications and a bit of scratching it was gone and the skin has gone back to normal with the hair growing back. It took about 3 weeks to resolve but just follow the online instructions, be patient and I am sure SK will be gone. Larger ones make take longer. I wish I'd known about this product 18 months ago as I' would have certainly given it a go. Best £23 I've spent for a long time.

I bought this cream to help with Xanthelasma spots and dark spots, but after just one application, it burned my skin badly. This product is not gentle at all and may not be safe for sensitive skin. I'm very disappointed and regret wasting my money. I do not recommend this product to anyone. Please be careful before buying skincare online — always patch test and check reviews from trusted sources.

Funkar på mig som annars måste gå två gånger i året för borttagning av xantelasma med laser. Var extremt skeptisk till produkten, men den funkar verkligen. Svider lite, men inte alls lika mycket som det gör med laser.

Non scrivo mai recensioni di solito, ma devo fare un'eccezione. Ero mooolto scettica e convinta si trattasse di un prodotto fake, assolutamente non valido. Dopo mesi ho deciso di provarlo ugualmente, mal che andava avrei buttato 25€. L'ho utilizzato per diversi piccoli xantelasmi presenti su entrambe le mie palpebre inferiori con risultati eccellenti già dalla prima applicazione. In passato avevo già provato il TCA, con risultati scarsi e allo stesso tempo troppo invasivi (mi ha lasciato una piccola zona di pelle sbiancata e alcuni xantelasami ridotti, altri rimasti uguali). Il prodotto inizialmente non sembrava fare effetto, ho iniziato ad avvertire un pizzicore dopo circa 20 minuti, da lì l'ho tenuto su circa 1h. Risultato immediato, bruciore moderato, in alcune zone mi ha effettivamente bruciato la pelle senza però esagerare. Si è creta un'esfoliazione efficace e profonda ma meno drastica rispetto al TCA. Essendo rimasta colpita in positivo, ho deciso di effettuare subito una seconda applicazione (sono poco paziente), ma lo sconsiglio. Al secondo passaggio ha bruciato notevolmente di più, avrei dovuto aspettare qualche giorno. L'ho tenuto su un'altra ora, la zona delle occhiaie si è gonfiata molto e ho sciacquato via il prodotto con acqua. Oggi la zona si sta sgonfiando (ma è ancora gonfia) e il rossore man mano sta sparendo. Gli xantelasmi sono praticamente spariti quasi del tutto. Dico quasi perchè un paio molto piccoli sembrano essersi dissolti a metà. Credo che con un ultimo tentativo eliminerò il problema definitivamente, ma aspettterò una decina di giorni prima di riprovare, farò guarire la zona completamente. Credo che il prodotto si possa utilizzare anche su tutto il viso per pochissimi minuti facendo attenzione, in modo da generare un processo di rinnovamento cutaneo. Lo proverò il prossimo mese. Sarei curiosa di sapere se funziona anche su nei benigni, ma non ho il coraggio di provare. Lo sto utilizzando anche dietro il polpaccio per cercare di ridurre un piccolo inestetismo, ma lì per esempio non fa alcun effetto e non brucia affatto, insisterò. Insomma davvero mi pento di non averlo acquistato un anno fa, va usato con estrema cautela e ogni caso è differente. La pelle può reagire in maniera diversa quindi attenetevi alle istruzioni. Ma consiglio davvero di dare una chance a questo prodotto, il medico estetico mi aveva chiesto oltre 500€ per trattare entrambe le palpebre, non me lo sarei mai potuto permettere. Così ho risolto un problema che mi portavo dietro da 20 anni con soli 25€. Fate attenzione però, è un peeling chimico molto forte.
