Yes it will fold. If there is nothing inside you could flatten it and fold it in half.. If it has little inside you could still fold it a bit.

Is this made in china?

I returned mine shortly after purchase. Was smaller than I wanted.

How does the usb port work? do you have a portable charger inside the bag hooked up to that cord that is in the bag? thx!

The USB port is visible on the top left side of the bag. The cord snakes into the bag and cones through the top on the inside. You could then connect your own battery brick and plug your phone in on the outside if you chose. I haven't used it yet. I have it twisty tied into the very top space inside the bag to stay out of the way.

Just received mine and the usb charging port is not working working how do i make it work
