My mom suddenly passed away at the end of October and she was my everything. I knew I wanted her close to me and whilst only a really tiny amount is inside the charm it brings me great comfort and peace,I swapped the chain as I didn’t think it would last long and used a thick Pandora one I already had,it’s beautiful,the lady at the funeral home actually filled mine for me and I think she put a little too much because once the screw went in it doesn’t sit flush with the back of the pendant,(see second photo for a dodgy attempt at showing this!)my dad tried to rectify this but your advised to use superglue so by the time I got home and showed him it was hard to get screw out,the screw has a tiny thread on it and dad was literally filing bits off of it to try get it to sit flush but it does stick out a little which is annoying but I’m not to mad about it! My only worry is getting it wet,it says it’s watertight but how can I be sure? And the thought of the ashes being a wet mush makes me feel kinda sick so I’m very mindful to not shower with it on! Apart from that I have worn it every single day and i love it,my very own guardian angel…..love you mommy 💔

I bought this to have my partner of 30 years ashes close to me. The neckace is really delicate and beautiful, I am very pleased with it. As other reviewers have stated, it only holds a tiny amount and the funnel is too thin to fit human ashes through, which if anyone knows they are not fine powder. I did also change the chain, but overall I was really pleased with the quality and aesthetic look of the heart and love wearing it.

Love this, it looks really nice when wearing it and a fitting way to memorialize my dog.It loses a star as it is very difficult to insert the ashes - if anybody doesn't know ashes are quite lumpy with bone fragments so not much would fit through the tiny hole and even tinier funnel. Then you have to remember to leave room for the screw to go back in, so all in all you fit about 2 grains of your beloved pet in the pendant, the rest scatters over the table.Or maybe that's just me.

Very pleased with the necklace ,much nicer than i expected

I bought this item to add my husbands ashes as I really liked the design. My daughter sorted the ashes out and gave it to me to try on. That's when we noticed it was bent and did not sit properly when worn. Very disappointed.

I have put some of my Dads ashes inside of this beautiful necklace today. I am so pleased with it, knowing my Dad is always close to me and I can take him everywhere with me. The heart pendant is beautiful. So pleased with it. Thankyou.

If you're planning to buy this to keep a part of your loved one with you wherever you go then DO NOT BUY THIS. I bought it for my cats ashes and there is a small little hole at the back where a screw comes out of, that is where you're supposed to put the ashes. There is absolutely no room for anything in that hole other than the screw that came out of it so you can't even fit the smaller pinch of ashes in there. Once I spoke to the seller telling them this and showing pictures they stopped all communication with me. Appalling.

Der Phönix Anhänger und die Kette sind aus 925 iger Silber und sind im Original noch schöner als hier dargestellt. Im Lieferumfang ist ein kleiner Trichter, ein kleiner Schraubendreher, sogar eine kleine Ersatzschraube und ein Stäbchen, was mir beim befüllen mit einer kleinen Haarlocke sehr gute Dienste geleistet hat. Es hat mit etwas Geduld und Fingerspitzengefühl prima geklappt. Das Gewinde schießt mit der Schraube wunderbar ohne zu hackeln. Die Kette passt sehr gut zum Anhänger und sie kann von der Länge her variiert werden. Ich bin sehr froh, mich für dieses wunderschöne Schmuckstück entschieden zu haben und dank der schnellen Lieferung mit Amazon hatte ich es auch fix in den Händen. Ich sage vielen lieben Dank und sehr gern wieder.😊
